DOE Human Subjects Protection Program
Organization and Personnel
The issue of oversight of the Human Subjects Protection Program within DOE is assigned to the Director for Biological and Environmental Research (BER) within the Office of Science. The program is managed in collaboration with the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) who has the responsibility for research involving NNSA elements within DOE.
